A longtime resident of the Houston area, Kim Cao has always been drawn to real estate. After starting out in the industry as an Assistant for a local Broker, she would attend college and earn her degree in Advertising with a minor in Global Business. Seeking an opportunity that complimented her entrepreneurial spirit while still giving her the flexibility to be there for her family, she decided to launch her career as a full time agent and the rest is history.

Her love for sales developed early and she learned from watching her father and grandfather, who worked many years for the Ford Motor Company, that the customer is always right. Kelly is very active in her community and has served as President of the Magnolia Rotary Club, is a Magnolia ISD School Board Trustee and an advocate for impacting the pervasive issue of homelessness. Her leisure time is spent with her husband, three children, their dog "Sandy" and she enjoys playing the piano and violin.
