Having initially moved to Houston between 2017-2020, and after stints in NYC and Fairfield County, CT, he returned to Houston in 2022, captivated by the city's rich food scene and vibrant community. A native of Chile, Carolina lived in Tennessee, Alabama and Connecticut before moving to the Houston area in 2012. "I think my moving and relocating so many times has given me an invaluable personal experience that allows me to fully relate to my clients' needs during the home sale, new home purchase, and actual move", she says. "Moving within a city or across states, with young children or older, just you or the whole family, I can serve you, my client, with empathy and the excellence in service you deserve." Carolina is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and At Home With Diversity (AHWD) certified, and has worked with clients from a variety of countries. English-Spanish bilingual with a good command of the German language, Carolina has worked previously in the financial analysis/credit risk department at a multinational bank in Chile. First time buyers are Carolina's forte, especially (but not limited to) those shopping the Galleria / Tanglewood / Briargrove / Inner Loop areas. Mother of two teenagers, she spends her spare time volunteering at their schools (The Regis School and Strake Jesuit) and Houston Food Bank, while also enjoying her dogs, reading, movies, ballroom dancing, Pilates, and traveling.
