Living in West Houston for the past forty plus years, I have personally experienced the gradual growth and development of various parts of the Houston Metropolitan area. Managing my family's real estate investment company and overlooking more than 30 properties in Houston, Katy, and Conroe gave me the opportunity to be exposed to the real estate market conditions during its highs and lows. As a result, I have a good knowledge and unique perspective of the local real estate market and its changing cycles. In pursuit of my passion for architecture, I received my Master's Degree in Architecture from Texas A&M University in 1988. Upon graduation, I started my career in residential architecture by joining MHI Homebuilders, and later worked for several architectural firms specializing in commercial buildings such as apartments and condominiums, schools, retail centers, and hospitality buildings. In 2013, I transitioned back into the real estate business, joining RE/MAX Westside Realtors, and later REALM Real Estate Professionals in 2016. Most recently, I joined JPAR - The Sears Group in September 2020. Utilizing my professional background in architecture, analytical insight, and strong attention to detail, I serve my clients, both buyers and sellers, in the most effective way possible. My expertise in architecture allows me to focus on locating the best house that fits the special needs and budget of my buyers while also identifying special house features and possible improvements that would increase the property value and competitiveness for sellers. Additionally, I am fluent in both English and Arabic, which allows me to connect with a broader range of clients.

I credit my work in marketing, business development, training, patient care, as well as credentialing physicians in healthcare compliance, for honing my ability to better serve real estate clients as an agent. Aligned with the company's core values in giving back to the community, I enjoy volunteering at my children's schools in Spring Branch ISD, a member of the Memorial Moms Association, and work with refugees trying to settle in Houston. A resident of the Memorial Villages for over ten years, happily married for seventeen years, and have five children: one boy and four girls. I enjoy exercise, playing tennis, traveling and skiing with my family, or just enjoying board games on a lazy Sunday afternoon.
