Marketing your home in the best way possible generates maximum exposure, which brings the largest number of qualified buyers, which in turn brings the most offers so you can choose which one puts the most money in your pocket. Your home is marketed not only by the internet and the MLS, but also via word of mouth, phone, social media such as facebook and twitter, my real estate blog, discussion at weekly sales meetings, and open houses to other real estate agents (broker open houses) and buyers (public open houses).

I truly love what I do. I had never been at a job where after a year I was not incredibly bored and looking for a new challenge – until I entered residential real estate! If you want to be really good, you must keep up with the market changes, legal updates, buyers, sellers, showings, negotiations and still smile along the way – even though it can be tough.
