The past 30 years have found me professionally engaged with multiple facets of residential real estate. Through this engagement, I have gained a broad understanding of the real estate process and its many components. This includes real estate finance, appraisal review, and most importantly, successfully guiding home buyers and sellers through the real estate process.

I obtained my initial real estate sales license in California in 1987 and held it until 1995. During this time, my focus was primarily on helping veterans obtain homeownership by using their VA loan benefits. I acquired my Texas real estate licensee in 2014 and joined Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Winans

As members of the community, my wife and I are strongly committed to supporting Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA). This association helps children navigate the foster care system. We regularly donate to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) and the Allen Community Outreach (ACO) food bank.

Rachelle is originally from Oregon, arrived in Texas in 1996 via Wyoming, and Florida. Rachelle, and her husband, John, and their rescue pup Ryder, recently moved to Frisco and have been married for nearly thirty years. They have a daughter who graduated from Oklahoma State University and a son who attends Texas State University. Rachelle's family is important to her, and your family will be too. Rachelle works all over the metroplex and enjoys working with the growing family who might be upsizing their home, to the empty nesters who are downsizing their home.
