Zach Penn's goal is simple—help make his client's dreams come true. Zachary Keith Penn is certainly a testament to making dreams come true. Born in Tulsa, Oklahoma and raised in Bentonville, Arkansas gave Zach his first taste of real estate surrounded by land and the great outdoors. As a TCU graduate with a bachelor's in Real Estate finance, he set off to capitalize in every facet of real estate. He's knowledgeable in all corners of real estate, including affiliation with the East Fort Worth Business Association as well as GRI, SCR, REC and GFWAR certifications. As a born outdoorsman, commercial real estate comes naturally to Zach. He has developed an intimate understanding of the commercial market as well as the buying and selling process. Whether it's a small investor, a municipality or a corporate client, he devotes himself tirelessly to ensure all clients are completely satisfied and find exactly what they're looking for. He shares the goals of his clients to maximize the economic benefits and contribute to the vision of better communities in the future. His biggest achievement in real estate to date is selling land to Walmart for a new home office campus, a large and complex sale which provided the opportunity for new jobs in the surrounding area. When Zach's not selling real estate, he's hanging with his dogs, spending time outdoors hunting and especially fishing, watching TCU games or Cowboys football, and traveling.
