“On Market Knowledge -- we did not move well-considered enough to sell in timely fashion. Sale took too long. Probably would have sold at higher price if had priced at lower levels during the first 6 months. Weldon is very knowledgeable re neighborhood, competitive houses, etc but for some reason did not encourage/strongly urge more realistic initial price or dropping price at get-go. *Wisdom from backward look back.*”
