Martha is great to work with. She isnt pushy, she doesnt try to get you to settle for something you arent completely happy with. That was very important to me. She is very responsive to any and all requests. Martha is very knowledgeable about property values.(very important) I would recommend her to anyone looking for real estate.
Marthas experience and guidance made buying a home with land a great experience. Martha was great. We had very specific requirements for a home because we have a very large family including married children with a toddler who have had to move back in with us, so we needed a large home with a separate living area for them. Martha helped us find several homes with garage apartments and casitas. We finally found a 7BR, 5.5 bath home with a private area for them in our price range. She stuck with it until we found something that would work for our family.
