Memorial Villages: $1,575,000

Memorial Park: $1,525,000

Tanglewood: $1,476,000

West University: $1,284,000

Bellaire: $1,035,000

Homes that are $1 million or more typically take longer to sell.

Between January and October 2017 in the Houston area, these types of residences spent an average of 83 days on the market, 29 days more than other homes within the Houston area. But, much faster than other Texas cities.
