Cypress & Houston March Market Snapshot

Spring market is officially here in Houston: March is historically the biggest jump in buyer activity all year — sales typically surge more than 30% from February.
More homes hitting the market in Cypress: Inventory usually starts to climb this time of year, but demand is still strong — especially in master-planned communities.
Homes are selling faster across the Houston area: Properties can move about a week quicker than in February as buyers jump in before summer.
Prices firm up in the spring: With more competition, median prices typically rise around 3% month over month.
First-time buyers are stepping back in: Roughly 1 in 3 buyers this time of year are first-timers — great news for move-up sellers.
Cash buyers pull back slightly: Investors are usually more active in the winter months when competition is lower.

What this means for Cypress & Houston: If you’re thinking about selling, this is when momentum builds.
