Homestead Heritage Days - Jesse H Jones Park and Nature Center, February 13

Drift back to the mid 1800's during Homestead Heritage Days at Jesse H. Jones Park and Nature Center off FM 1960 near Humble. On February 13, 2016 from 10:00 - 4:00, visitors of all ages are invited to experience life as a pioneer enjoying many varied demonstrations, learn about the Akokisa Indians, experience a Civil War skirmish re-enactment, enjoy traditional crafts and foods, and participate in the many activities for children.
