Welcome back to my blog!!!  This is November's 1st edition, and I would like to preface a few things that you may or may not know about me.  I am a proud transplanted Houstonian from the upper Midwest, Chicago born, relocated to Minneapolis when I was fairly young, then made my trek to become a Texan in 1999, landed in Arlington and shortly thereafter HTOWN!!!

I felt compelled to explain, because you may have noticed the Wrigley Field sign and possibly have noticed an overload of Cubs "stuff" from me on social media.  Come on!.....108 years....Can you blame me?  This should also explain some of the Blackhawks and Bears mentions in prior and future postings. 

I am definitely a Texans fan, and now that the Astros are not in the NL anymore, I have become an Astros fan!  Believe it or not the Astrodome was the 4th professional sports stadium I ever saw in person in 1977-- only Wrigley, the original Soldier, and original Chicago Stadium were before.  (I am so glad it is being saved!!!)

And you will see me give a shout to some of the Minnesota teams out of respect for friends from Minneapolis.  And speaking of shout outs, please allow me to congratulate the Cleveland Indians and their fans on a FANTASTIC season and World Series!!!  That could have gone either way.  Hats Off to Cleveland!!!

So what does any of this have to do with real estate?........Absolutely nothing!  BUT I have relocated 4 times in my life, so I do understand the importance of having an agent that knows what they are doing and who cares about your best interests.

CUBS WIN THE WORLD SERIES for the 1st time since 1908!!!

Houston Sports:

Texans 5-3 and in first place in the AFC South

Rockets  3-2, tied for 2nd place w/ Memphis and behind San Antonio in the West--Southwest

Dynamo 7-13-14, 34 pts.  (Better luck next season boys!!!)

Other Sports:

Chicago Blackhawks 7-3 and on top of NHL West-Central

Da Bears dead last in the NFC North at 2-6 (come on draft picks!!!)
