With inventory levels low, many sellers have been very satisfied with market conditions now compared to a few years ago. Homes sales are up and 8 Houston area suburbs have made the national top 20 top selling master planned communities.
According to John Burns Real Estate Consulting, Cinco Ranch (#1 in Texas) ranked #3 on the national list. Followed by Riverstone coming in at #6. The Woodlands saw a decline in sales in 2013 but still ranked #8 in the Nation. Cross Creek Ranch (#13), Aliana (#15), Woodforest (Montgomery, TX) (#16), Sienna Plantation (#17) and Canyon Lakes West (#18) also made the top 20 list.
So whether you are looking to purchase a home or list your home for sale, in these communities...it's a great time for real estate!
