JEFCO developer, Jeff Fisher, recently unveiled plans to bring a $100 million project, Kingwood Parc City Center, to the Kingwood area. This multi-million dollar project will be located on feeder of Hwy 59N north of Kingwood Drive and will be a place to dine, shop and take in some entertainment. It will offer 600,000sq. ft. of restaurants, shops and an office tower. It will be a well welcomed development for the Kingwood area.
Expected to break ground Summer 2014 and open doors by Fall 2015.
