I always have clients ask this question..."What's the crime like in this area?" It is a legitimate question and concern. Whether you are looking to purchase or lease a home, it's nice to have an idea of what the recent crime activity in that area looks like. When making a decision to purchase or lease, I suggest you also get a feel for the area in person before jumping to conclusions. Drive the area on several different days and times of the week. Be observant of what is happening in that area and then determine if it would be a good match for you and your lifestyle. Reality is that if you are searching for an area that is crime free...well I think we may have to wait for Heaven for that.
