How I Became the Rodeo Realtor: A Journey of Passion and Community Service
Hello everyone! I'm Tammy Sohl, also known as the Rodeo Realtor. You might wonder how I got such a unique title and what it means to me. Today, I want to share my story of how my two passionsvolunteering at the Montgomery County Fair Association (MCFA) and being a dedicated Realtorhave shaped my life and career.
A Love for Community and Rodeo My journey begins with a deep-rooted love for community and a passion for the rodeo. I grew up in a small town where community events were the heartbeat of our social life. The rodeo is a special time of year when everyone came together to celebrate our culture, support each other, and cheer for our local youth. Volunteering at the MCFA has been a significant part of my life for as long as I can remember. I started as a young volunteer, helping with small tasks and gradually taking on more responsibilities. Today, I proudly serve as a volunteer dedicated to supporting the youth of our county. Whether it's organizing events, mentoring young participants, or simply being there to cheer them on, I've found immense joy and fulfillment in this role.
The Intersection of Passion and Profession While my heart is deeply tied to the rodeo, my professional passion lies in real estate. Becoming a Realtor was a natural fit for me, as it allowed me to combine my love for serving others with my knack for helping people find their dream homes. Real estate is not just about buying and selling properties; it's about building relationships, understanding needs, and creating communities where people thrive. Over the years, I have strived to be the best Realtor I can be, continually learning and adapting to serve my clients better. The skills I've honed through my volunteer workcommunication, empathy, and leadershiphave seamlessly translated into my real estate career. My clients are more than transactions to me; they are individuals and families with unique stories and dreams.
Serving with Heart At the core of everything I do is a genuine desire to serve. Whether I'm at the rodeo grounds or showing a home, my goal is to be a positive influence on everyone I meet. I believe in the power of relationships and the impact of community support. By being involved in both the rodeo and real estate, I've been able to create a network of connections that enrich my life and the lives of those around me. I LOVE TO SERVE. It's a simple yet profound statement that drives every decision I make. From volunteering with the MCFA to helping families find their perfect homes, my mission is to make a positive difference in my community.
Building a Legacy As the Rodeo Realtor, I hope to inspire others to discover their passions and find ways to give back. Our communities are stronger when we come together, support one another, and celebrate our unique contributions. I am grateful for the opportunity to combine my love for the rodeo and real estate, and I look forward to continuing this journey of service and connection. Thank you for letting me share my story. If you ever find yourself in need of a home or want to chat about the rodeo, know that I'm here to help. Together, we can make our community a better place, one relationship at a time.
