If you really want to sell, you must think logically and listen to the advise of your Realtor. He or She wants to help you sell your home! If your home doesn't sell it makes the Agent and ultimately the Real Estate Agency look bad. Your Selling agent will provide you with data and facts to help you determine a realistic price to begin with. The Buyers Agent will have the SAME data and facts. They too will advise their buyers of the true value of your home! Would you pay more than a home is worth? Probably not!
