Friend, pets are family and your fur baby may have been there through some lonely seasons. So we move them with intention.

Step One: Prepare Before Moving Day

Schedule a vet visit if your pet has not been seen in the last year.

Update:
Vaccinations
Microchip registration
ID tags with your new address

Request copies of records in case you need a new veterinarian.

Step Two: Pack a Pet First Night Bag

Include:
Food
Water bowl
Favorite toy
Blanket
Medication
Waste bags or litter

Familiar scents reduce anxiety.

Step Three: Protect Them on Moving Day

Keep pets in a separate room during packing. On moving day, transport them safely in a crate. Once in the new home, set up one quiet room first. Let them adjust slowly before exploring.

One Income Reality

Unexpected vet bills happen.

Budget for:
Routine checkups
Emergency visits
Grooming

Ownership includes pet responsibility too. You are building stability for everyone under your roof.

Sis, Stop Renting.
