Island Paradise Awaits! - Stacey Weber-Rubio

Island Paradise Awaits!

So often we get stuck thinking that all the slogans and tag lines we hear are just bait. In our over-stimulated, over-copied, world, it's hard to even determine what's real from what's computer generated.

That's just a fact. While thinking about this recently I was wondering if people who read the ads of Realtors think they're just fluff, or if they trust the Realtor does truly think the house they're selling or promoting is great. The thought about this leads into a strong thought about fiduciary responsibilities and truth in advertising.

Bottom line, I may not want to live in the house I'm promoting because it doesn't fit my lifestyle and I already live in this town, in another house. But I can still find a lot I love about the house. The properties we promote as being great, we truly believe are great. They are as individual as each person that sees them and not every house is for every person. But the great points of each house remain and it's our jobs, as Realtors and fiduciaries to our clients, to represent the best things about each house we see to all persons, knowing that the right person exist for every house. "It only takes one!" That means, the "one" person who loves all the right points about the perfect house will see those and fall in love. It's okay to not like aspects of a property and not choose it as the "one for you." Keep looking.

Just remember, that we Realtors, believe in what we are promoting and we believe in the properties we represent because there really is someone for every house and there are great qualities and features to every house. It's the perfect house for someone.

Happy House Hunting!

Always my best,

Stacey
