Looking for 100% Financing? Wow.....the USDA (Department of Agriculture) has a deal for you!

The US Department of Agriculture has a rural home loan program that offers 100% financing, no minimum credit score, and is valid to purchase a home in places that you would never have considered rural before. As with all goverment programs, it comes with paperwork and a fair amount of red tape.....but what the heck! Its 100% financing!

As you look at properties, please check the addresses against this database:

https://eligibility.sc.egov.usda.gov/eligibility/eligibilityAction.do

As long as the property is shown as eligible and is a single family residence in good condition, we should be good to go.
