9 Ways to Use a Realtor for New Construction

It’s common to associate a real estate agent with some selling a home or someone buying a home but what about representing someone wanting new construction? Push any uncertainty aside because “yes” realtors do represent clients with new construction in these nine key ways. As more and more construction is happening around communities nearby, realtors are showcasing their expertise and helping buyers navigate the new build processes. Let’s learn more about ways to have a real estate agent support your decision to build your dream home. 

#1: To Identify the Right Builder

An experienced realtor will be familiar with the major builders who are most active across their area. This knowledge plus their professional connections aid the agent in guiding a buyer in finding a builder who matches the vision they have for their new home. Your agent may also be aware of any incentives being offered by specific builders or news of upcoming neighbors that haven’t broke ground.
