The Cy-Fair Independent School District's overall "grade" from the state of Texas is "RECOGNIZED"! This is a terrific feat considering it is one of the most underpaid school districts of its size by the state. School leaders have fought to maintain a quality program for our children at a considerably inequitable loss of state funds. Fortunately as the 3rd largest school district in the entire state of Texas, Cy-Fair remains the top school district of those close in size. When buyers are looking for an affordable home in a good school district, rest assured that if they choose the Cy-Fair area, they will be greatly satisfied.
