Where is the Real Estate market headed???

Many people have asked me lately if we are headed for a real estate market correction because of oil prices. The only answer I can give them is, "I'm not sure." Trying to predict the real estate market is like trying to predict the stock market, and anyone who tells you they know for sure if full of baloney.

One thing I can tell you is >>> often the first indicator of a market trend is the area 'Rental Market'. According to Houston Business Journal this week, the Houston area rental market is still in good shape AND on the rise. ‪#‎lakeconroeRealtor
