I had an interesting conversation with a seller who was worried about the Houston Real Estate Market because of the Austin Housing Market. Austin's prices soared over the past 3 years, while Houston mimicked more of a steady growth pattern, comparatively speaking.
Personally, I have a positive view of the Houston Housing Market and believe the graphs below demonstrate our lower risk for future volatility.
