But then came the contract! After reviewing their contract on their behalf, we identified over $3,000 in HOA & builder fees that they were unaware of because it wasn't disclosed upfront.

Fortunately, I was able to have my client take a step back, reconsider all options, make an INFORMED DECISION, and renegotiate better terms that accounted for the surprise fees!

I've worked in new construction and have sold a fair share of new homes for nearly 2 decades. It is important to have an experienced professional that knows builder contracts and can identify items that you may not be aware of in purchasing new homes.

Remember, as nice as they are, the builder's salesperson works FOR THE BUILDER.
