Is an inspector suppose to inform consumers as to the condition of the property or tell them what needs to be addressed for repairs?
Yesterday a seller's agent called me and informed me that she received an inspection report from seller's buyer stating that as of February 2009 all Electrical issues must be addressed.
FYI: A TREC Inspectors license is to inform consumers as to the condition of said property not as to what should be repaired. Seller and Buyer should decide that.
