For today I wanted to focus on some healthy and high protein smoothies to supplement for a not-so healthy lunch or breakfast. Only takes five minutes to make and you have a nice substance with over 250 calories. Packed with all the vitamins and proteins you need!
BerryNutty:
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of mixed berries
- 3 cups kale (properly wash or by the pre-wahsed package)
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp. peanut butter (my preference is that crunchy)
- 1 tsp. honey
- a dash of cinnamon
HulkNation:
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 apple
- 1 cup kale
- 1 kiwi
- 1 stalk celery
- 1 banana
- a dash of cayenne (literally a dash...)
Pineapple-head:
- 1 cocunut milk/water
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 cup pineapple
- 1 apple
- 1 cup kale
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 tsp. honey
Les Get Synergized!
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup ice
- 1/2 cup coffee
- 1 avocado
- 3 tbsp. honey
- 1 banana
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 cup raspberries
