Where did April go?

Wow, I did not realize that it had been a month since my last article share.  I acknowledge my Blog is all about different things and are pretty much articles.  However why not learn from the experts in their respective fields.  Now I do consider myself within the real estate world and I am not a good writer, so I lean to the ones that write well!  

April as we all know as well as past months and looking forward with no end in sight for 2021, our market is going crazy with the lack of homes available for buyers to purchase.  Yes, we are in what is considered a sellers’ market and do not lit is not easy currently if you are looking to purchase a home.  I personally went under contract with a client with only 2500.00 over asking (NOT 45K) and I learned of a colleague that had a contract offer accepted under list price. Yes, Yes, I understand that is not the norm right now and that is happening, even if it is a small amount.  To the buyers DO NOT LOOSE HOPE! To those they may be thinking of seller DO IT NOW! or at least have a conversation with me to see what it would look like for you and your family.  You will find a home to move into and it takes time, patience, balancing and having an expert like me at your side! #RELTR4U
