Did you know that the home buying process isn't completed overnight? Of course you did...but what you may not know is that often it takes a few weeks to close on a home from the time your offer gets accepted. That's right. There are several steps in the buying process which include (but are not limited to) getting documents to your lender, a home inspection, appraisal, etc. Completing these tasks on time is crucial for a real estate transaction to make it to the closing table!
