Webster's New Waterfront Community Celebrated Tonight

Tonight I attended the Grand Opening of Edgewater, Webster’s newest waterfront community on Clear Creek. Coventry and Newmark will be building on 60’ lots from the $260’s. My son and I have really enjoyed watching the fountain and landscaping go in over the past several months as we pass it on the way to his pre-school. I hopped out of the car out to shoot this quick picture, but it doesn’t do the entry bell tower and fountain justice.

 

There are some really nice apartments already, and the master plan includes a future marina. I think this is a great location, just off the new Nasa Parkway Bypass. It’s zoned to Clear Creek ISD and the tax rate is 3.45182.

 

If you’re interested in checking it out, call me. I’d be happy to go with you. ALWAYS make sure you bring your Realtor when you go new home shopping. The sales people are charming and wonderful 99% of the time, but it’s their job to make a good deal for the builder, not for you. Don’t kid yourself into thinking you can get a better deal if you cut out the Realtor and the commission. It just doesn’t work that way.
