Description

The ranch consist of 324 acres located along the eastern side of Coke County. The property is a combination of 106 acres in cultivated farm land with the remaining 218 in pasture land. The pasture has a cover of mesquite, cedar, scattered live oak, and other native shrubs and brush. The southern portion of the ranch has higher elevations with cover of mostly cedar and some scattered live oak and mesquite. The northern portion is cultivated and more rolling to level ground. The property has no structures. Improvements consist of boundary fences that are in fair to good condition. Some are net wire fences and some are barbed wire fences. Electricity is located on the property. The property is watered by 4 larger surface ponds and 4 smaller surface ponds.
