Going, Going, GONE!

Each year at just about this same time we enjoy a "micro burst" in the Housing market that has inventory flying off the shelves!  Buyers back from their Summer Vacations begin to refocus their intentions to purchase and the priority to buy goes to the top of the list!  While one would overall say that it is a Buyer's market, for this short period of time we begin to see multiple offers on properties, even those that have been on the shelf gathering dust for some time!  With very favorable interest rates still in play and a still fairly stable economy, the incentive to make that move is still highly attractive!  Many properties have taken reductions in price adding to the attractiveness of buying now rather than later!  With a low Builder inventory in some areas, a surge in updated and remodeled inventory at prices better than they have been in years are luring Buyers to take another look!  If you are considering selling your home and making a move to an different area, a larger or smaller home, or even to one of Houston's great High Rise buildings, this could be your best opportunity for some time to come!  BUT HURRY because those great properties are Going, Going, GONE!
