Sugar Land's Minor League Baseball Stadium, Fort Bend County, Texas

Sugar Land, Texas in Fort Bend County is on its way to building her first Minor League Baseball Stadium. For most of us living in Sugar Land, we would have already know where the proposed or preferred site for the stadium. We would also want to know how it would impact the “Quality of Life” in regards to public safety, amenities, noise, traffic, real estate values surrounding the proposed stadium. Acccording to studies conducted, the nearest residential housing is more than half a mile from the proposed stadium location.

Quoting from The City of Sugar Land update on and about the stadium, “Sugar Land selected on Jan. 13 Barton Malow/Linbeck as the preferred Design/Build contractor for the construction of a minor league baseball stadium northeast of State Highway 6 and U.S. Highway 90A.”
