Feeling Grateful: Honored to Be Named Among Coldwell Banker’s President’s Elite - Top 2% Nationwide 
I’m excited to share some personal news that means a lot to me professionally: I’ve been awarded a place in the President’s Elite circle with Coldwell Banker  which places me in the top 2% of agents nationwide.
It’s a reflection of the trust my clients have placed in me and the dedication I bring to every deal, every family, and every home.
When I started in real estate, I never set out to win awards. I simply wanted to be the kind of advisor I wish I had when I was navigating real estate for the first time, especially as someone who understands how overwhelming the process can be, particularly in a city as dynamic (and competitive!) as Houston.
Over time, that focus grew into something bigger:
Serving not just buyers and sellers, but becoming a resource for people relocating, investing, upsizing, downsizing or just trying to figure out whether the time is right.
My primary focus has been helping clients in Houston, The Woodlands, and Kingwood, Katy - neighborhoods I know deeply, and where I’ve built long-term relationships with homeowners, builders, and investors alike.
Whether it’s a first-time buyer in The Woodlands, a growing family looking for space in Kingwood, or someone relocating to Houston and unsure where to start, I make it my priority to deliver not just results, but clarity and peace of mind.
And as a Russian-speaking realtor, I’m proud to support our Russian-speaking community here in Houston. Navigating real estate in a second language can add extra stress and I’m here to make sure my clients feel confident, informed, and supported every step of the way, in a language they’re comfortable with.
This award reminds me that success in real estate isn’t just about numbers — it’s about consistency, integrity, and the ability to truly listen to what people need.
