Houston's Real Estate market has completely shifted from a buyer's market to a seller's market. According to data from the HAR, February 2013 home sales are up by 26% in comparison to only one year ago figures from February 2012! Inventory is at a 13-year low, which has not been seen since 1999. Houses are getting more than the asking price due to bidding wars and multiple offers......right now is a great time to be a seller!!!
Buyers.......well at least you still have all time LOW interest rates in your favor!!!
