2023 Week 17: Houston Real Estate Update

Although new listings slowed for a second consecutive week during the week ending May 1, there is still hope for an increase in the near future. During Week 17, REALTORS® successfully entered 2,846 properties into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

Wow, you had 3,238 a year ago! That's a great starting point to build upon. Despite a slight decrease in new listings, REALTORS® were still able to enter 2,842 properties into the MLS during the same week in 2020.
