Buyers Agents - Truths

One thing that is never really talked about is the fact that when a person decides to go this route "to save money" in most cases they actually leave funds on the table. How? you may be asking. I would like to re butt with a question of my own. If you were going through a divorce would you use the other party's attorney or have one of your own? Would you let the coach from the opposing team give you advice? Of Course NOT! They are all about the other person.

When you do a Real Estate deal, of any kind, that is exactly what is happening! It does not matter how "kind" or "fair" they may seem or you "feel like" it is a good deal, you are seriously shorting yourself.

Please understand that when you go into a transaction Without a Realtor representing you and the other party has one, that Realtor is working for the other party. They have a legal binding and signed contract that says they are ethically bound to do their level best to get the Best deal for the Client they signed with...NOT you. They may be kind, word the verbiage in a way that sounds like you are winning and/or are "helping" you to get the outcome you want. I guarantee that is not the case!
This works in either a Sale, Purchase or Lease.

Please - do yourself a favor and hire a Realtor. They will be worth every penny. Yes - it might set you back a little bit, but what they will save you in Knowledge, Negotiation and Expertise will be worth every cent!
