Today is January 17, 2020.  17 days into the new year, the second decade of the 21st century.  I really thought we would have flying cars, robot house keepers, you know, all the stuff the Jetson's were about. For you young people, look it up. Great cartoon.

The Houston area market has picked up from the holidays.  Start this year being kind to our neighbors, our co-workers, and especially ourselves.
