Tips to have GREAT curb appeal.  1)  Stay in sync with your neighborhood!  Put your money toward regular maintenance and energy-efficient upgrades.  Don't let your house stick out like a sore thumb!  2)  Choose exterior colors wisely!  You are not looking for shock value so keep your colors in harmony with your neighbors.  3)  Get Organized!  Create a place for everything including keeping trashcans and recycle bins on the side of the house.  4)  A Fresh Look!  Don't let stains or mold on the side of your home be a problem.  Try to have routine maintenance and clean annually to keep your house looking fresh!  5)  Moderation is a virtue!  Keep lawn ornaments to a minimum and keep shrubs well trimmed and weeds pulled.  This will help preserve the value of your property.
