Houston Association of REALTORS® reports median single-family home price up 0.9% in Sep-17 over Aug-17, sales climb to 6,757.

Sep-17 Quick Facts:

The median price of existing single-family homes increased to $232,000 up 0.9% vs Aug-17.
Existing single-family home sales increased 11.2% from Aug-17 for a Sep-17 total of 6,757 sold units.
Condos increased in price to $350,000 up 27.3% vs Aug-17.
Existing condo sales increased 46.0% in Sep-17 over Aug-17 for a total of 73 sold units.
