Ten years in practice yet its new again

It took me 10 years to come to realize that our industry needs to better leverage two things (better late than never :-)
1.   the vast and somewhat exclusive information we are sitting on, and
2.   OUR EXPERIENCE that can only be obtained through the hard work of being a Realtor^®.
Every single market analysis I do educates me.  I truly value that education each time I do it.  One of the great things about www.CMADashboard.com is that it provides me deep insights into any given market almost instantly.  It has made me a much better Realtor^®.  When you can get to such deep analysis in such a hurry, you also have the potential to be much more productive.  You also have a much greater potential to have a life!
