The Bay Area Million Dollar Waterfront Market remains stable with approximately the same number of waterfront home sales as we have seen each year since 2005. Values are at approximately $251 per square foot, down froman all time high of $286 per square foot. Buyers making offers continue to come in quite low comparative to the asking prices but waterfront listings are definitely still seeing some traffic.
