Home selling 101 - What are they going to find wrong with my home?

The buyer is going to have a home inspection.  This may terrify the owner.  Think about hiring an inspector before listing your home. This will help you assess what may need to be fixed before you sell.  If the inspector finds major issues with appliances or your homes plumbing/septic, heating or electrical systems, you may be required to make the repairs. Don't worry; this is a nomal part of the process--one I'm happy to guide you through.
