Home selling 101- Start packing!

Start packing valuables and items you don't plan to use until after you've moved, including any personal photos displayed n the home. Pack all collectibles and nick-nacks. De-clutter your home. Take down the majority of wall hangings, This will make the home appear to be more spacious. Think about the feeling you get when you walk into a model home or a hotel room. You don't see pictures of the family. The place feels like your space.  Good news you already packed a whole bunch of stuff or you just might find items to have a garage sale!  Have fun!
