On Tuesday February 14 TREC had a emergency meeting about paragraph 15
.

Howard Walker sent them a letter informing them that TREC did not have the power to put a  statue of Limitations on default.  Apparently he was right.

As of February 14 Paragraph was correct and the new 20-10 One to Four Family Contract was on the TREC website.  20-09 is no longer available.  I am sure that TAR will update the Zip forms, but let agents know that if they caught using the One to Four Family Contracts 20-09 they will be in trouble with TREC. 

29-09 is no longer on the TREC website.
