It's been a long summer and, fortunately, a busy one. I feel it's time to relax for a minute and enjoy some humorous quotes. Anything that makes you think is usually good, but if you can laugh at the same time, it's even better. Also, Monday was my birthday so here is some "age old" humor as well. Enjoy!
"Always do right. this will gratify some people, and astonish the rest."
Mark Twain
"If ignorance is bliss, why aren't there more happy teenagers?" Anonymous
"Never burn bridges. Today's junior jerk, tomorrow's senior partner."
Sigourney Weaver
"I am at an age where my back goes out more than I do." Phyllis Diller
"You know you're getting old when you stoop to tie your shoes and wonder what else you can do while you're down there." George Burns
"Looking fifty is great - if you're sixty." Joan Rivers
"Remember when we used to laugh at old people when we were young? Do you recall what was so funny?" Anonymous
And, finally - my boss and mentor once told me something I never forgot -
"When you're in your twenties, you are worried what everyone thinks of you. When you're in your thirties, you don't care what anyone thinks of you. But, when you're in your forties, you realize no one was thinking about you to begin with."
