Does photo quality really make a difference ...?
Which home do you want to visit?
Come on - we've all seen them. The home photos on MLS that look like Dorothy's room after the Kansas tornado hit. What were they thinking putting those online. Does anyone want to go see that house after looking at those pictures? I know we are required to have a certain number of photos on MLS, but if the homeowner really wants to sell the home, they need to have good pictures online. How many times have you talked to someone that said they do their previewing on HAR and decide from there which homes they want to see. If the home is sold, they owner will need to pack up and move out so why not pack up and straighten up now and put their best foot - I mean pictures - forward? :)
