BEFORE     AFTER

I must admit that I have seen some homes that would look better empty than with the amount of or condition of the furniture that was in them.  However, there are many homes that need some pieces of furniture so the prospective buyer can picture what it would be like to live there.  I know, I know - you are saying to yourself, "Well, anyone could do that so why spend the money to rent furniture?"  The answer to that is:  most people canNOT picture things; they must actually see it.

If the home is vacant try renting enough furniture to make a pleasant entry and to personalize the kitchen and perhaps the main baths.  Depending on the layout of the home you might need a sofa and table to define the living space.  The little bit of money you spend doing this might help speed the sale of the home.  Is it worth it?  Yes!
