Houston Ranked #3 in the Country

Zillow ranked 35 of the largest US housing markets to determine which were the best for first time home buyers.  3 Texas cities made it on the list, and Houston was ranked higher than San Antonio (#5) and Dallas (#10).  They based their study on: 1) affordability & competition, and 2) and projected home value appreciation.  Houston was #3!
