Farmers Market to Foodie Destination

The Canino's Market at Airline and 610 has been around for a long time as a favorite farmers market.  MLB Capital Partners is planning to continue with the farmers market but take it to the next level.  The plan is to keep its edginess while upgrading the comfort and experience.  It will be a destination with added comfort and usability.  Air conditioning will be added to the warehouses, and there will be chef demonstrations and about 50,000 sq ft more of retail space.The developers goal is to fashion their market after the Reading Terminal Market in Philadelphia or Seattle's Pike Place Market.  Chris Shepherd and Kevin Floyd with consult on food and beverages for the project.
